Rub the outside rim of a margarita glass with 1 lemon slice and roll the outside of the glass rim in the salt. Combine the tequila, orange liqueur, strawberry liqueur and lemon juice with ice and shake in a cocktail shaker. Strain drink into margarita glass. Garnish with lemon slice. Serve immediately.
