Frozen Apricot
Margaritas

5 lemon slices
granulated sugar
1 can apricot halves (drained)
3 oz tequila
1 oz fresh lemon juice
3 oz apricot nectar
3 cup crushed ice

Lay the sugar out on flat saucer or plate.

Rub the outside rim of 4 margarita glasses with 1 lemon slice and roll the outside of the glass rim in the sugar.

Combine the apricots, tequila, lemon juice and apricot nectar with ice in blender and blend until smooth. Immediately pour into prepared glasses.

Garnish with lemon slices. Serve immediately.

Makes 4 drinks.
