Rub the outside rim of a margarita glass with 1 lime slice and roll the outside of the glass rim in the salt. Combine the strawberries, limeade concentrate, tequila and orange liqueur with ice in blender and blend until smooth. Immediately pour into prepared glasses. Garnish with lime slices.
