Recipe for a Mexican dish

Margarita Punch

1 cup frozen lemonade concentrate
1 cup frozen limeade concentrate
1/2 cup confectioners or icing sugar
4 egg whites or equivalent meringue powder
6 cups crushed ice
8 cups lemon lime soda

Combine the lemonade and limeade concentrate, sugar and egg whites and pour into a freezer safe container.  Cover and freeze for at least one hour or up to 2 weeks.

To serve place frozen mixture in punch bowl and add ice and lemon lime soda (pouring slowly).  Add extra lemon or lime slices if desired.  Serve immediately.

Makes 4 drinks.
