Frozen Mango Margarita
2 lemon slices
salt
1/2 cup frozen mango pieces
1 1/2 oz tequila
1 oz orange liqueur
1/1/2 fresh lemon juice
1 tsp confectioners or icing sugar
1 cup crushed ice
Lay the salt out on flat saucer or plate.
Rub the outside rim of a margarita glass with 1 lemon slice and roll the
outside of the glass rim in the salt.
Combine the mango pieces, tequila, orange liqueur, lemon juice and sugar
with ice in blender and blend until smooth. Immediately pour into prepared
glass.
Garnish with lemon slice. Serve immediately.
