Make these
cheesy Mexican appetizers in muffin tins. You can substitute and play
around with the types of cheese and vegetables until you find what you
like best. Lightly grease 2 12-cup muffin pans Put some of each of the tomato, red bell pepper, green onions and black beans in each muffin cup with cheeses on top. Sprinkle chili powder over the cheese. Bake in the preheated oven 5 minutes
or until the cheeses are lightly brown and bubbly. Top with hot salsa and
sour cream
