Spicy Sausage Queso


1 pound hot bulk chorizo or Italian style pork sausage
1 pound processed cheddar cheese (like Kraft Valveeta), cubed
1 (10 oz) can tomatoes with jalapenos or chilies

Brown the sausage in a skillet and drain the grease. Remove sausage from pan and set aside.

Add cheese and tomatoes to the skillet and heat, stirring, until the cheese is melted. Add drained sausage and serve.

Serve with corn or tortilla chips.
