Mix the fajita seasoning mix and store
in an air tight container. Use one tablespoon per 1/2 pound of meat when
making fajitas.
To use, mix 1 tbsp of the mixture per 1/2 pound of
chicken, pork or beef (sliced) along with the juice and zest from one lime
and allow to marinate for 1/2 hour before cooking.
